Information and purposes
The free calculator processes birth dates only in your browser to derive Sun signs. If you purchase a report, our database stores the two Sun signs, chosen relationship stage, random order reference, Stripe checkout-session reference, fulfillment status and timestamps. We do not store full birth dates or payment-card numbers. We process support messages you email us. Uses include contract fulfillment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)) and necessary support, security and aggregate performance analytics (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Providers, retention and rights
Stripe processes payments; Cloudflare hosts Pairlune and our order database and provides privacy-focused Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics does not use cookies, browser storage or individual fingerprinting. Providers may process data internationally with applicable protections. Order records are retained for report access, dispute resolution and mandatory tax/accounting periods, then deleted or anonymized. Support records are kept only as long as necessary for the enquiry or legal requirements. Contact us for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where legally applicable. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate. We do not sell visitor data.

Service
Pairlune provides entertainment and self-reflection based on zodiac Sun signs, not scientifically established compatibility predictions, advice, or a reliable indicator of another person's feelings. The free compatibility preview runs in your browser without an account.
Digital report, price and access
When sales are enabled, one automatically generated personal zodiac-compatibility report costs €6.99 as a one-time payment, not a subscription. It provides playful sign-based reflection and conversation prompts, with no guaranteed real-world outcome. Delivery is digital only; there is no shipping charge. The applicable tax treatment must be confirmed before checkout is enabled, and the payable total will be displayed before payment.
Stripe processes payments. After a verified successful payment the report is normally unlocked on the return page within moments, but confirmation may sometimes take longer. The report is available through a unique link; keep that link private, as anyone with it may be able to read the report. If delivery fails, email salkauskas10@gmail.com with the transaction reference (never your card number).
Rights and complaints
Do not abuse or bypass the website's payment or access systems. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms. Lithuanian law applies without reducing mandatory protections in your home country. Send complaints to the contact details below; you may also contact Lithuania's consumer authority (VVTAT) if you cannot resolve a dispute with us.
Refunds and withdrawal
Customer-friendly 14-day policy: If premium sales become available, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days after buying a €6.99 report, even if you have already opened it. Email salkauskas10@gmail.com or write to the postal address below with an unambiguous withdrawal or refund request and your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-network processing times.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right. Exceptions for immediately supplied digital content require specific advance consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Pairlune is not requesting a waiver of this statutory withdrawal right under the current flow. The voluntary 14-day refund policy above applies regardless of whether the digital report was opened. These terms never limit your mandatory remedies for defective or undelivered content.
We respond to written consumer complaints within 14 calendar days where required by Lithuanian law. If a report does not arrive or is defective, contact support; assistance and appropriate remedies remain available. More: VVTAT complaint procedure.
